There are two versions, one for Normal to Oily – which is my skin type. My little sponge is gray and infused with bamboo charcoal. It gently exfoliates – literally safe to use every day – it has left my skin so soft, with a beautiful glow. I never feel stripped or tight like with previous exfoliation gloves or washcloths. USAGE: Run it under warm water to soften the sponge before you use it. I apply cleanser to my face and then use the sponge to gently massage over my face, focusing on my t-zone and my problem areas – my chin and forehead.
